PRODUCT ORIGIN:

The Les Aromates de Provence producers and pickers are all located in the Provence Alpes and Côtes d’Azur region and in the Drôme Provençale region. They grow aromatic plants with unique flavours under the Provence sun. These plants are rich in essential oil, giving them authentic taste and aromas. They are grown and processed following the standards of the organic farming specification and are certified.

PROCESSING:

Each plant batch making up the mix is first dried at the producer’s premises, then sent to the cooperative and cleaned in 2 or 3 steps using a sorter-separator to achieve the desired quality. They are processed and prepared in Trets at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain. All processing methods are approved and overseen by the certifying body, which guarantees a production and processing procedure complying with organic farming standards.
