PROCESSING:

Each plant batch making up the mix is first dried at the producer’s premises, then sent to the cooperative and cleaned in 2 or 3 steps using a sorter-separator to achieve the desired quality. Processing and preparation are carried out in Trets at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain. All processing methods are approved and overseen by the certifying body, which guarantees a production and processing procedure complying with organic farming standards.
