Winter savory is an aromatic plant adapted to the Mediterranean climate and often found in Provence.
It is used in cooking to enhance the taste of meat, sauces and vegetables.
We offer it as dried trimmed leaves as top quality, first choice and finely-cut. We can sell it as fresh or dry branches, on request.
Winter savory (Satureia montana). Also called Pèbre d’ail or pèbre d’ane in the Provençal dialect, this winter savory has grown under the Provence sun and has received the best care to keep all its taste qualities intact. It is one of the emblematic plants of Provence and part of the blend known as “Herbes de Provence”.
