GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

Introduction

Anyone ordering a product on the website www.aromatesdeprovence.net acknowledges having read these conditions and agrees to comply with them in good faith.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs in mainland France are set at €7.50 inc VAT for parcels under 2 kg and €12.50 inc VAT for parcels between 2 kg and 5 kg; above 5 kg, costs are related to the weight of the parcel.

Shipping costs in Europe are set at €14.85 inc VAT for parcels under 2 kg and €16 inc VAT for parcels between 2 kg and 5 kg; above 5 kg, costs are related to the weight of the parcel.

For express shipments and orders over 20 kg, please contact us.

 

Product availability

The order will be fulfilled as quickly as possible and, at the latest, within 8 days from the day payment is received by Les Aromates de Provence. The delivery time must also take account of 5 days or more required by the carrier.  If the ordered product is unavailable, the consumer will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel the order. The customer can then choose to request a refund of the amount paid no later than 15 days following the payment, or to exchange the product.

 

Delivery terms and conditions

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. Your orders are processed as quickly as possible by the customer service department, which works from Monday to Friday.

Delivery is made using French La Poste Colissimo Suivi (tracked parcel service) within an average period of 5 days after preparation of the order.

If the product is lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to write their reservations on the delivery note and to confirm all claims with the carrier, which is solely responsible, within 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

The goods are always transported at the recipient’s risk.

 

Prices

Our prices are stated net in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

 

Invoicing

VAT rates applicable on the date of these prices:

French 5.5% food rate.

Our invoices are payable at Trets. In the event of a dispute, the Court of Aix-en-Provence will have sole jurisdiction. The goods remain our property until they are paid in full.

 

Right of withdrawal

Customers have 15 days to return those products that are not suitable, at their own expense. This deadline begins on the day of delivery. Any return must be notified to Les Aromates de Provence must be notified in advance of all returns.
