Characteristics of our organic winter savory

VARIETY : winter savory (Satureja montana). 

OUR PRODUCT : winter savory is one of the emblematic plants of Provence, where it is also called "pèbre d'ai" or "pèbre d'ane" in Provençal. Each batch of organic winter savory is previously dried by the producer, then sent to the cooperative and cleaned in 2 or 3 steps on a sorter-separator depending on the desired quality. All transformation processes are approved and monitored by the certifying organism, which guarantees production and processing methods that comply with organic farming standards.

MDD : 36 months from packaging date.

 

Organic winter savory perfect pairings

Organic, aromatic and delicately scented, this Mediterranean plant will go wonderfully with goat cheeses or legumes such as lentils or in salads. Winter savory also goes perfectly with terrines !
