Find the very essence of the Provençal terroir in our online store. Our producers have mastered ancestral methods which guarantee you the best aromatics from Provence. Our plants, such as French PGI thyme "thym de Provence", are grown in the south of France and processed at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain near Aix-en-Provence.

VARIETY : thyme (Thymus vulgaris).
COLOR : from green to gray.
OUR PRODUCT : each batch of thyme is previously dried by the producer, then sent to the cooperative where it is cleaned in at least 2 steps on a sorter-separator according to the desired quality. A blend of lots is made to obtain a commune. French PGI thyme presents an exceptional quality and a perfect homogeneity. Only the noble parts of the plant are sold.
MDD : 24 months from packaging date.
PGI thyme perfect pairings
Aromatic and delicately spicy, this plant from Provence will go wonderfully with white meats. For example, it will enhance rabbit saddles with a little white wine. You can also use the PGI thyme for sweet and savory recipes, such as a zucchini salad with oranges.

The validation of the specifications for French PGI thyme "thym de Provence", in February 2018, highlights our expertise and guarantees you more than ever a product 100% grown and processed in its geographical area of appellation, Provence, its terroir of origin.
